Clan Information

Clan and Society spaces for about 20 organizations are available for this year's event at Barkley Ranch. 

  • Basic Requirements:

  • Set Up is Friday afternoon, October 5th and before 9 am on Saturday, October 6th.  No set ups will be allowed after 10 am.

  • Take Down is after 4 pm on Sunday, October 7th.

  • Clans and societies must provide their own booth set up, including tables, chairs and wind anchors.

  • There are no electrical hook ups for clan and society tents.

  • Includes two day passes for each day.

To Obtain a space, please complete the pdf form and mail it to the name and address on the form: info@renoceltic.org.

You may  purchase your space using PayPal (handling fees apply), but you must complete and mail in the form to complete your application.
