Clan Space Information

Clan and Society spaces for about 20 organizations are available for this year's event at Barkley Ranch. 

Basic Requirements:

  • Set Up is Friday afternoon, October 3rd and before 9 am on Saturday, October 4th.  No set ups will be allowed after 10 am.

  • Take Down is after 4 pm on Sunday, October 5th.

  • Clans and societies must provide their own booth set up, including tables, chairs and wind anchors.

  • There are no electrical hook ups for clan and society tents.

  • Celtic Celebration is a gated event and each clan/society will receive two day-passes for each day
