Updated for 2019!
The Reno Celtic Celebration is proud to welcome Brittney Buonacorsi to our ranks as vendor coordinator. She comes with a wealth of experience, and we are sure she will do an amazing job! She’s already overhauled our vending system, to hopefully make it more fair. In her bio, Brittney says:
My name is Brittney and I am one of the newer members of the Northern Nevada Celtic Celebration Board. During the week I am the logistics coordinator for the East coast operation of a major spice company, as well as a wedding coordinator on the weekends. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada-Reno. I am married with one son and four fur-children. I was born and raised in Reno, NV with an Irish Heritage. I am proud to be a part of bringing my heritage to the local community and look forward to many future Celtic Celebrations.
More will be coming soon, so stay tuned!
The 28th annual Reno Celtic Celebration will be held May 18th and 19th, 2019 at Bartley Ranch Regional Park in Reno, NV. The application links below reflect the policies for 2019.
We will offer exclusivity for your product range, but no exclusivity is given until vendor fees are paid. This is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
All vendors must provide for their own power needs.
Register early! If you apply and are accepted, if another vendor applies who’s group is close to yours but we aren’t sure, we will contact you to see if you think it’s a conflict before accepting another vendor.
Vendors who have committed for the 2019 Event:
Our Featured Food Vendor this year is:
The Reno Celtic Celebration is a cultural, social and entertainment gathering designed to celebrate the cultures and lifestyles of Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall, Isle of Man, Brittany, Galacia, and Asturia.
With our beautiful location nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills in South Reno, we encourage all vendors to contribute to the authenticity of the event, by decorating their booths with Celtic flags and banners, and/or wearing traditional clothing and selling as much Celtic themed merchandise as possible. All vendors are responsible for securing their own structures! The Truckee Meadows gets windy in the Fall, so PLEASE prepare!
You will need to complete a Vendor Application and a Liability Waiver. Send the completed application to: firstname.lastname@example.org (If you have any questions, please email this address also)
Download/access the vendor application and liability waiver (in PDF format, click for free reader). Please ensure you download BOTH FORMS, there are TWO DIFFERENT FORMS. The APPLICATION and the WAIVER. Thank you!
