Celtic Celebration….delayed for now…

Above is one of our finest videos and representations of our festival, by Stewart Campbell with Loaded TV.

It is with great disappointment that the board who governs the Northern Nevada Celtic Celebration has decided to suspend its May 2021 event due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

In this time of uncertainty, it is simply too difficult to predict the pandemic conditions and associated restrictions on gatherings by state and local authorities. Once this crisis subsides, our board will determine a future date. In the mean time, we encourage our patrons, vendors and participants to stay safe and healthy. Please look for updates at our Web site renoceltic.org and our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/NorthNVCelticCelebration/

We also encourage you to attend and support our two fellow Celtic organizations’ events once they resume in the Northern Nevada area, the Nevada Society of Scottish Clans (nvssc.org) and the Sons & Daughters of Erin (irishnevada.org)

Please stay tuned to discover how YOU can ensure the Northern Nevada Celtic Celebration is able to happen in 2022. We are committed to keeping our heritage alive, safely. We hope you all had an amazing Robert Burns celebration this past weekend, even if it was more solitary than any of us would have liked. Please stay healthy and hale as we weather this crisis.
