Vendors

Updated for 2022!

The Northern Nevada Celtic Celebration has drawn an average of 15-20 vendors over the years

Our festival has average a s Saturday (both one and two day) attendance

Due to the unfortunate cancellations of nearby Northern California festivals, we are expecting a few more!

We will offer exclusivity for your product range, but no exclusivity is given until vendor fees are paid. This is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will spotlight all heritage-specific foods in our program and on sandwich boards to offer our patrons a Celtic culinary experience. For example, the Celtic Celebration Beer Booth will sell Welsh Cakes and Mead.

All vendors must provide for their own power needs.

Register early! If you apply and are accepted, if another vendor applies who’s group is close to yours but we aren’t sure, we will contact you to see if you think it’s a conflict before accepting another vendor.

Slainte!

Vendors who have committed for the 2022 Event:

Black Rabbit Mead Co. (Reno, NV) We are pleased to be serving mead (honey wine) from one of our festival sponsors. They will be selling their retail products next door to our Beer Booth, which will be serving their mead

Buzz Kidder Originals (Oakley, CA) Get your kilts, sporan and other Celtic attire here!

Celtic Celebration Beer Booth (Reno, NV) Serving a variety of beer,  Welsh Cakes, a variety of soft drinks, coffee, and snacks for the budget minded!

The Reno Celtic Celebration is a cultural, social and entertainment gathering designed to celebrate the cultures and lifestyles of Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall, Isle of Man, Brittany, Galacia, and Asturia.

With our beautiful location nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills in South Reno, we encourage all vendors to contribute to the authenticity of the event, by decorating their booths with Celtic flags and banners, and/or wearing traditional clothing and selling as much Celtic themed merchandise as possible. All vendors are responsible for securing their own structures! The Truckee Meadows gets windy in the Fall, so PLEASE prepare!

You will need to complete a Vendor Application and a Liability Waiver.  Send the completed application to:  vendors@renoceltic.org (If you have any questions, please email this address also)

Download/access the vendor application and liability waiver (in PDF format, click for free reader). Please ensure you download BOTH FORMS, there are TWO DIFFERENT FORMS. The APPLICATION and the WAIVER. Thank you!
